I emailed Moonglow about my order, and to be fair, they did get back to me. It just took longer than I was hoping, which was a bit frustrating. The information they gave was clear enough once they replied, so I can’t really complain too much. Still, it would’ve been nice if the response time was quicker

Right away, I had a good feeling about this. It feels really solid in hand, it looks even better than I expected. Just one of those things that immediately seems well made.

The presentation looked okay at first, but the box showed up a little scuffed and felt basic. Nothing inside was damaged, so that was a relief, but for the price I expected it to feel a bit more premium. It didn’t ruin the whole experience, but it did make me trust the brand a little less.

I ordered from Moonglow because the site looked legit and the checkout process was straightforward. My order did eventually show up, so I can’t say they’re a scam or anything. Based on this one purchase, I do trust that they actually send what you buy.
That said, I wasn’t thrilled with how some of the wording made it sound like things would move faster or be more clearly updated than they actually were. Shipping updates were slow, and getting a reply took longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience, but I wish they’d be more upfront instead of making it sound smoother than it is.

I thought getting a refund would be a whole thing, but honestly—actually, no, it was way easier than I expected. It came through fast and there wasn’t any weird back-and-forth at all.

The promo code worked just fine for me, which was a nice surprise. I just wish they offered discounts a little more often.

This bracelet is really comfy. It feels light on my wrist. Most of the time, I forget I’m even wearing it. It doesn’t pinch. It doesn’t irritate my skin. I’ve been wearing it almost every day.
